We’re excited to share with you an innovative forum to support both the development of your emerging talent and the mission of Behind Every Kick.

What is Clubhouse?

Clubhouse is our leadership development programme created specifically for rising talent within your business. In partnership with EYLane4, world leaders in human performance, it offers a fresh and impactful alternative to traditional training. Its focus is on self-leadership, team leadership, and building future-ready professionals. Each session brings together diverse individuals from across sectors for interactive learning, practical insight, and meaningful networking.

For every Clubhouse membership, we are able to fund places for young people on our core programme, extending the impact of your participation.

We’ve had fantastic feedback from past participants – many have shared that the Clubhouse experience helped build confidence  and clarity in their leadership journey. It's proving to be a space where development is not just delivered but felt. Membership is by charitable donation starting at £2,000 for up to three delegates.
